What are people supposed to do that don't have full accounts? How can we connect with other people? We can't email or do anything. I live in the California Bay close to Oakland and I joined this site in order to get some action but it seems like I HAVE to pay in order to do so?? HELP!!!

So I'm new to the Bay area...kinda trying to get my feel of the place, I'm noticing there aren't a lot of women out here....more men than anything. Idk if that's just cause I haven't been too many places out here yet. What is u all's idea on this? Where do u all go and hangout?
