Things Are Progressing

I took the time today to read a couple of other blogs. Some are quite touching and worthy of the read, others...well let's be kind and skip those.
I imagine that blogs in general are either one of two things...from the heart, true and revealing of the writer...or fantasy, fiction, maybe even bullshit! Sometimes a fantasy is nice to read, but the real ones are the best.

So I'm almost convinced that thuis site is all talk and no action. I mean I hardly even get the odd wink, let alone an email or something. I've sent out dozens, not that I expect everyone to answer but you'd think that more than one would.
Maybe it's where I live...ultra conservative manitoba, whee everyone seems to be more interested in talk than anything else. The chat room is cool but rarely does anything meaningful take place there.
So what's the problem Winnipeg?? Are we all just talkers?? Are there no adventurous women left in the city or even in the province.

So it has been exactly one week.
I've had a couple responses (one email and a couple of winks) I added a picture this weekend and hope that'll heat things up. But then maybe the picture will cool things down.
I've been browsing the members and there are some truly fabulous looking ones. Makes you wonder why they're on this site. But then maybe like me they have no other connections and have no other choice.

The days keep slipping by...

So I've been on this site for nearly a week. I sent numerous invitations and look at dozens of profiles. ANd the result? ZERO. Quite sad actually...I figured I get acouple of nibbles at least.
Yesterday I logged into a chat room, which was interesting. But the attitude was very standoffish. I was surprised actually. I figured people on this site would have no pre-concieved notions etc. WRONG!! I guess there's no taking the societal mores out of the people.
I was actaully criticized for being married and looking!! I thought that was the point of the site! And talk about double standards....There were a couple of "Couples" in the room who were quite free with comments about "cheating" etc but hey people that's the pot calling the kettle black!!
I would hope that at this stage we could get past that. BESIDES I have my wife's blessing. I only wish she was interested as well. Then we'd be hailed as an "open couple" because she would be willing to participate. But she's not interested. However to her credit she has told me to go ahead and try it out. But I guess that's not good enough for some people. Talk about your double standard. Maybe I should look for a group that is a little less hung up on what's okay.

Blog # 2 Does Anyone ever read these?

I've been reading a few blogs and I wonder if anyone ever really does read them? And if they do what does that mean? This is a cool way to get your mind out on paper but to what end?
So I've tried the contact thing. Too early to tell if it works but here's hoping. If I don't get any responses I will be very depressed. But for now I'm optomistic. I mean there must be someone out there who's a female and horny like me.

Who knows maybe I'll try this and say - nah, it's not worth it. More likely I'll be wild about it and encourage her to join me. I think she would given the right situation. My ultimate fantasy is a foursome but that may take some doing. She's definately not in that space yet.

Why is it that once is not enough?

This is my first blog, so pardon me if it sucks. But what can you do....
I wonder why it is that we, meaning our society, is so anti-sex? I mean why is it that we're all so afraid of sex?
I am married. Quite happily so, but my dear wife just isn't interested. She tells me its not me it's just that she doesn't get turned on very often by anybody or anything.
She feels sorry for me and so encouraged me to find some relief outside of our relationship. Just one rule - casual sex - nothing that would lead to our breakup. I can dig that. I don't want to lose her but I would love to have sex more than once a month. Also she rarely comes, no matter what I do, so that adds to her frustration a well as mine.
What I'd like to do is meet a girl who loves doing it! And does it as much as she wants. No strings attached just the joy of making love to another human being just for the pleasure of it.
But...there is the taboo in our society that frowns or even forbids recreational sex like that. Now I'm not advocating no bounds free sex. I think before you have sex with a person there should be some kind of connection. ButI don't think the connection has to be a ring or a vow.
Here's my fantasy...I meet a nice girl, younger or the same age, who just wants to play. Just in it for the pleasure and the sharing of bodily fluids. No strings just mutual lust.
What's wrong with that? Especially when my wife approves. And she does approve. We've had long discussions about this by the way. Initiated by her no less. She really feels badly that she can't get herself going and feels terribly for me. I keep hoping that one day the switch will turn back on, but not so far. When we were younger she was crazy about sex. We've done it everywhere in many different ways. We even tried to arrange a threesome and a foursome but our prospective friends backed out at the last minute. I suggested that we try it again and maybe that would get her going. She said she'd try and we set it up. But when the time came she was flat. Couldn't get interested eventhough the guy was a hunk! We sat around the whole night talking dirty trying to get her going but nothing. They even made out in front of us and she was flat. They offered for me to join in but I couldn't do that with her sitting there watching. When I told her that she suggested that I try it on my own with someone else. She's not sure she wants to know about it, but she's quite eager to have it happen.
So here I am. Looking for sex with someone who understands the plight of a happily married man. And as if that wasn't enough there seems to be no easy way to do this. So here I am on this site. Hoping someone will share my desire and let me know.
