Well I thought I would change my heading just a bit. Stopped doing those power walks because they were inflaming my knees but still doing the things I like and still in great shape. I still do those weight workouts in the gym for 3 times a week but I increased my crunches and side bends to a lot more. I added this really intensed no weight deep knee bends or squats to my workouts and I am finding that has also helped me in the sex thing. I used to tire a bit over a period of time now find myself more like the eveready bunny more so than before. Anyway as I say I know I can give my partner a harder and longer workout if you know what I mean. And does not mean working out with weights. HMMMM I love how I feel after a long workout with my partner and find myself delivering even after I have climaxed . Have fun and I hope it is of the naughy kind

It is now winter and finally the tempature dictates that old man winter is amongst and probably in the long haul will stay.My friends and others what do you normally do when the temp goes down and I want you people to say anything you want to in what you do either as it g rated or a XXX rating . I am not a prude as you can see from my last blog imputs

Sex a workout?

A lot of people are not into working out and that is understandable. I dont base a friendship with that person just because he or she is in good shape. That is to superficial of lots of people and of course I dont hang with them but come to think it sex is a very good workout.None of this 10, 20 or 30 minute stuff but the kind that last for hour and hours/ Just think about the next time you have marathon sex hmmmm I just had a good workout and that is better than any one you could get in the gym / ANd instead of being tired after a gym workout with sex you always leave with a smile at least I do.. Serious I wish each one of network friends and their friends a MERRY CHRISTMAS and to those who celebrate in a different religion I wish you HAPPY HOLIDAYS. This is a time that I wish you a safe time during these holidays. It is a time for giving and good will toward man and woman which leads into New Years and also have a safe night on the town or if you are stuck being home celebrate a kiss when the ball comes down on Times Square in New York City with that person who is special to you.. HAve you all been good little girls and boys and anticipating on what Santa will bring you from his sleigh full of toys and other unmentionables. Hey let me know what you want for Christmas and if you are good little boys and girls Santa will be nice but if you have been bad he just might bring you coal// Now some of you might think that coal would be a good gift with energy prices being the way it is that you could just place that into the fireplace but as for me I would rather have a naughty gift.. Was off all day yesterdayand had all of the time for some fun but oh well ya cant always get what you want. Back to the grind but hoping saturday will be better. Maybe someone would like to make each others saturday very meaningful with mutual benifits. Oh wel off to work ta ta
