Why don't women reply back to emails on this site.

It seem like hardly anyone replies back to email on this site. Is anyone else seeing the same problem. If you receive an email, please be honest if your interested or not. The Flirting is Ok, but I'm the type of person, that I want to be able to talk to a real person.
