Few days back We watched this Documentary on Netflix. It is very though provoking and found it very interesting.
If you have netflix account, Search for "The Workshop" by Jamie Morgan.
Synopsis:
Filmmaker Jamie Morgan spent 10 days at a Northern California self-help workshop, where spiritual adviser Paul Lowe challenges participants to shed their hang-ups about modern relationships, as well as their inhibitions and their clothes. Lowe preaches total honesty in this engrossing documentary, creating an environment where people must reconcile their desires with their fears as they struggle to understand what makes them truly happy.
