It is theorized that not all women have a G-spot. I believe all women do, but some are harder to find than others. Not all women are built the same. From personal experience, one woman I know has a G-spot that is extremely close to the vaginal opening and easily stimulated, while another woman I know has a G-spot that is very difficult to locate. I eventually found it and successfully made her squirt. So if at first you don’t succeed, try again.
In general, the G-spot is about the size of a quarter, located about two inches inside and on the front wall of the vagina. Just like a penis on a man, the G-spot engorges with blood upon sexual stimulation. Prior to stimulation, it feels spongy. It will swell and enlarge with stimulation. Once swollen, it feels like a collection of small bumps.
If you or your partner are attempting to find the G-spot, it is important to be relaxed and “in the mood”. Romance or porn, whatever makes you wet. Use lube if the woman is feeling dry. A nice, water based, non-tingling lube to start. If you have a partner, have them perform oral on the vaginal lips and clit before inserting anything in the vagina.
Gently probe the vagina with either the middle finger (;! or the first two fingers. The finger(s) should be slightly curved toward the front of the woman’s body. A curved G-spot vibrator may also be used, but for the first time I do not recommend actually turning it on. The G-spot is very sensitive and some women may feel discomfort. Thoroughly wash your hands and scrub with a fingernail brush. Fingernails should not extend beyond the tip of the finger. Use the pad of the fingertip(s). Fake nails are not good for this exercise!
Some researchers believe the G-spot and clit are physically connected. When you begin to feel increasing arousal, (a tingly sensation, the urge to pee), stimulate the clit and keep stroking the G-spot. As the G-spot is stimulated, the woman may feel an urge to pee. Many women have told me that they don’t squirt because they think they are going to pee. If you are comfortable with your partner, this should not matter. Go ahead and “let go”. If you are by yourself, the worst that can happen is you need to wash your sheets. Female cum is a clear, silky fluid. You may not cum every time, but after the first time, you’ll definitely want to experience it again and again.
