昨夜からお泊まりになられていたお客様3名、電車の切符の買い方がわからないと困るのではと思い、駅の改札口迄一緒に。

難波まで切符を買ってくださいね。610円です。とお伝えしましたが、道頓堀まで行きたいと。道頓堀へは難波駅から徒歩10分くらいですよと伝え、券売機の前で切符の買い方を教えました。

5番ホームから難波行きの電車が3分後に出ますので、早くいった方が良いですよと伝えても、英語が通じません。でも、プラットフォーム5番に行って下さいだけは何とか通じました。
