I have to agree with your rules, those make sense to me. And I would add if they can't reply to your text, email or phone call in a reasonable time frame, there is more to the story. LOL, I never heard that phrase before but I laughed when you stated Keyboard Jockey LOL I hope next time you have much better luck !
