My Blog Once Was

It was called "Alone With Everyone Else".

That line has now been abused through this social distancing idea.

"Alone With Everyone Else" was written by Charles Bukowski. A very poignant tribute about how hard it is being a human being.

There was a time I had a copy. That time has passed.

Buke knew a very certain thing about humanity. He knew, deep down inside, we're all a bunch of assholes ( That's from "Factotum" a completely different piece of text )

If he was alive today... he would be laughing his head off.

He used what was called a typewriter. But mostly pencil and paper.

Just something upon a thought.

Most people don't even own a pencil.

It's never gonna be the same again. My old blog is lost in the ether.

But I am here. Maybe that's worth something. Dunno.

There's this thing called a "comment" just below the last period I write here.

We BROKE that button a few years ago. What messed this place so badly? Dunno.
