Nobody knows but me.... Who's behind this false face Nobody knows but me... I can't tell you You will have to guess... If your guess is right, I will answer yes. Every October that little tune runs through my head. A silly little song learned in first grade, taught to the class by our teacher so we could sing it during the Halloween Parade at school as we walked the halls showing off our costumes. Funny after all these years I can still remember it. Even though I can't remember who any of my friends were that year, or remember what my teacher looked like. That song stuck. Odd. I also remember my costume that year.. Hotstuff..the little devil from the comic book. I remember going to K-Mart, with my Mom and picking out the one I wanted, happy that I got to choose one on my own. I wore that costume out...back in those days the costumes were made so that the kid could use it for PJ's after Halloween was over. The mask didn't last of course, and after awhile even the costume itself was ready for the trash can. Funny the things you remember huh... Off to shower now.....

Here's a little story for ya: Hubby has refused to dress up for Halloween in all the years we've been together. We're going to a party Saturday night, and I asked him last weekend if he would PLEASE just go along, and wear a really easy costume. He said, "Yes", but he was also drinking beer at the time, and was easily persuaded. Tuesday I told him I was going shopping to pick up a few things for our costume, and he said, "No way." WTF. I said, "Really?? What the hell happened?" He said, "I was made fun of when I was a kid for dressing up." That was 50 years ago. Get over it. Have a great day, and be nice to one another.
