 Research says it takes our bodies two weeks to catch up to the time change. Hang in there.

Me too ....can't wait for the Spring to arrive and I hear the birds gossiping out there in the early mornings. Here in New England...as soon as you get completely sick of a season......voila ....it changes.

I hope you feel better, cuz now we are headed right into allergy season. Good Luck ~~

 Lol, it's always something...the winter head cold or the summer allergy.
I somehow seem to avoid both most years, knock on wood. I'm going up to my place in New England soon the spend a few weeks at my second home. Maybe I can even get the boat out of storage. I find it nice to live half a year in a different place, it helps the seasonal changes.
