nerve

i had read this , a couple years ago. after i read it the stuck something in my head. the is about fear, anxiety, stress and reaction. it was an absolutely amazing and helped deal with a lot. off the bat, the curves a misconception about fear. what is the main thought of fear? fight or flight, we all say it right. well the brings up another response. freeze, this is something that i have always done. just saying freeze is very broad though. so what it is referring too is the ability to freeze then react. so yes fight or flight is still the to choices to fear. someone like me though when the instance happens, i freeze and take quick second to weigh option before i choose between fight or flight. like in the hero movie, the lady is falling from the building as the bad guy runs and destroys the city killing 0 people in that destruction. the hero always freeze and figures how to save both. it is suspense in the movie, but think about the reaction in real life.

so if it was and i will be hated for this. if the bad guy shot a helicopter, and threw someone off a building. we are in a city with many lives moving around. i would freeze and would rather let that one die then 0 other people in the result of the helicopter. so that is the basis of freeze. make your own scenario and think about it. like for instance, you driving down the freeway at 70, the car you have a decent distance on about two car lengths. locks there brakes, going from 70 to zero quick. so you swerve or brake as well in a natural reaction. now what if you got of the and weighed options fast. is the shoulder clear, the lanes next to clear. can i brake down real hard and then get a chance to switch lanes. either one of the choices give you an extra second.

i am not saying i am perfect and never react unaccordingly. i just needed to let this and hope it helps someone else in a cruch situation. fear is something that can be paralyzing, but doing nothing is usually never the right answer. unless a bear is coming after you, then you fucking freeze and pray to every god you know for your dear life. hahahaha
