We Are A Team. Fucking HATE This Work Term Anyone else notice the people at work that use the phrase "We are a team", are the ones that don't as part of the "team". They are the ones that want things benefit themselves. I have been at job for + years. I know fucking job inside and . I am fine tuned machine in position. I was telling a Affairlook friend, that I am so efficient that it seriously takes 4 people do job when I get sick, or if they decide that they want do a special breakfast while I am doing a special lunch. Seriously, if I n sick I have been asked if there is sandwich items available. contract had a clause added into it after I got the shits and absolutely refused to stay at work to cook for over 0 people, including and elderly. This clause added says that I have keep 4 meals in the freezer for days I have in sick. Ok, off on a side rant there. But you get the idea of how efficiently I run area. So the last year we have hired employees in different departments. These last few months with the newest employees have been HELL. They grab shit from the kitchen and keep it in their area. I have ask around for knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls and the dishes everyone eats from. Since I have made needs known that these things have be returned. I am now no longer a Team Player. And basically considered a Fucking Bitch. Just because I need tools to do job. Instead of understanding side of this. They come meetings stating that we need work as a team. I am ready go their areas and take things they need run their areas. Almost all their white board markers, computer mouse, etc. Yes they can still do their job with less markers, they can use the track pad on their laptops. The as taking and not returning items. But you know what. I am not that petty. I went and bought them a bunch of things they normally take from the kitchen for their own use. Now they better quit fucking taking shit. And do part on this fucking "team". And it cost $ for 3 of them have their own. But you damn well know they will find something else that makes me not a team player because I am not playing by their rules. |

Feel free to add your times that you have been accused of not being a team player. Even though you pull more weight than normal.

Know EXACTLY what you mean. As much as I hate to admit this, I just don’t think being the “best of the best” is worth it IF you work for assholes. I have BEGGED hubs to step down. They are wearing his ass out and I can see it. They continually abuse their power and make him do THEIR JOB and what’s worse is that they take ALL credit. It’s not fair to the families that have to watch their hubs, dad, brother, sister... whatever get fucked over on daily basis (yes! Even on days off!!) and stressed out. He is literally doing 5 jobs that are over his posted job ALONG with HIS job and not getting compensated or recognized for his time, energy, input.... Nothing. Sometimes I hate how nice he is about all of this. I would be raising hell if I worked where he did for the people he works for. A whole bunch of ass holes. So yeah... know exactly how you feel.
