 I find it odd that I sought familiarity in a world that is, itself... defined by anonymity. .

I miss real intimacy......not the kind defined by what one does atop or in one's bed....but by the things we talk about when lying there with a real partner who knows us.......truly knows us....

That is true intimacy isnt it. Hmmm....some people even in long term relationships, never reach that level of ' truly ' knowing the other. The inner workings, the thoughts, desires and soul of another. Yup....just lying close and reaching each other on a whole other level is intimacy ....imho. Thank you for these thoughts ~~
