Transoceanic apps for distant couples

or it is surprising that today one of the consultations that have increased in Couple Therapy is about "couples at a distance". Not only for the fact of knowing someone from outside the country, but because for various reasons (work, family, etc) it is more frequent to travel or stay away from the couple.

One of the recommendations in cases of couples at a distance is to establish a time to observe how the relationship stabilizes and then mark a common goal and plan to live together. However, if it is not possible to see "the meeting" in sight, it is recommended to decide effective pacts and communication channels. In the case that the couple only separates for a while, it is suggested to make clear the moments and channels of communication as much as possible to reduce the uncertainty (mainly in couples who, on a daily basis, already encounter difficulties communicate and reach agreements).

 It seems with the proliferation of the internet and availability of cell phones, long distance romances are on an increase. I have had a couple, they are hard, but there are many apps and i have seen sexual devices that can decrease the distance. They definitely are hard to maintain, but I think it is becoming more of a norm.
