IM so, how many use IM on this site ? and if you do,... do you look up there profile before chatting , some must not as we continually get single guys wanting to chat and hook up.

Most times I only have IM on when my cam is up and chat with people viewing me. As for single guys wanting to chat, most members of this site can not read profiles so just block them.

Mr/Mrs RS4somexox , We will sometimes leave the IM up, but the pings are so infrequent as to leave us all atwitter if it ever goes off. Whether that's because we're so unattractive, or a technical issue, we're unsure. And, to answer your question, we Always read the profiles, either before we make the attempt, or as soon as a ping arrives. However, as you point out, when it DOES ping, we are almost invariably disappointed to find that it's a single ( or nonsensical ) word from the aforementioned single male. As frustrating as that might be, we write it off to a knowledge that far too many people, of all ages and genders, ascribe to the theory of, " You don't know if you don't ask". To which we genially add the rejoinder, " You don't get banned if you don't ignore what we say."....

We use IM, yes we look at the profile, but just to get an idea of peoples interests and limits. Single guys cant read I guess
