bad day

my<b> depression </font></b>got the better of me today. alarm went off at noon. i turned it off and didnt get out of bed til almost 4pm. didnt work out either. these kind of days happen, but i hope if i stick it the exercise and blog and things, they will keep getting fewer and farther between. back at it tomorrow.
