I've realised I caused some minor confusion. Just to clarify to whoever that is reading this, the girl that caught his eye became his girlfriend of 3 years after he wooed her and this part of the story is the wooing process With that clarified, lets move on...

So Rayner purposely hung out late after school every day and "volunteering" to take on all the extra work in the CCA so that he could get a chance to be near her. For now, lets call her Carmen. After a few weeks, he started noticing her schedule and successfully managed to walk out of school together with her. From there, he began chatting with her getting to know her better and by<b> divine </font></b>intervention, found out that she stayed a street away from him! And to think, all these years he never saw her at all. This slowly progressed and he felt that she was dropping some hints as well as there were some days she would text him saying that she intentionally stayed behind to wait for his class/CCA to end before heading home together, and he maybe imagining things but she seems to alternate her bra colour every few days compared to before, sometimes white, sometimes black or even light pink (bearing in mind is a white school uniform ). All seems to be going well until...
