Yes, str8's check it out. Why ? Various reasons....comparing, curiosity, penis envy, or what the hell is that supposed to be?
The older generations would NEVER look that was too queer, and the more repressed even went so far as to put both their hands on the urinal dividers to quietly show they were NOT queer and masterbating or enjoying holding their own cocks.  Can't speak for men..but I assume everyone checks everyone else out. It's human nature. As for comparing...of course we do, but not necessarily in an envious or judgmental way.
