Monday Monday

Here it is Monday morning and another work week ahead upon us. Those of you lucky enough to have President's Day off here in the U.S. enjoy it. Some of you might need it to nurse yourself back from a very good Valentine's Day on Saturday. Even better. The snow gods arrived here with about 2 inches of snow overnight. Should be fun getting to work this morning knowing most government agencies, including street departments, are off observing the Holiday.
If I had the day off I would probably go to a park, grab a piece of cardboard and do my best impression of a middle aged guy trying to be a again riding the white stuff down the hills. Now getting back up the hill is a different story but at least it would be fun to go down once...LOL. Or make a snowman and try to keep the from messing it up too much before I got a picture of it. I'd spend the rest of the day inside thawing out and hammering away on the keyboard in some pursuit.
No matter how you spend your Monday, inside or outside, at work or at home. Make it count.
Have a great day Blogland.
My name is Dean and I am a Blogoholic.

Oh the exhilaration of flying down a snow covered hill. I miss that sometimes. That and snow cream.

There is a difference between a good BJ and a bad BJ.

It's a day to celebrate our rich Presidential past. Used to have a Washington's Birthday and a Lincoln's Birthday holiday, but a few years back they combined them into one day honoring all Presidents. And where I live there's a rich History with Harry S. Truman being from Independence MO, not to far from here and Dwight Eisenhower being from just up the road in Abeliene KS.
