A Wonderful Weekend Together Early on in our journey into the swinging lifestyle, there was a couple that could see we were struggling, so they took us under their wing and helped us out quite a bit with a lot of the things we were struggling with. One of the things they told us that really stuck with us was how important it is that a couple make time for themselves along the way because the lifestyle should be about making your relationship better by adding to it, not substituting for anything in your relationship. For those of you who know us or follow us here, you will know that we have been pretty busy these past couple months with lifestyle events and get-togethers, so we really haven't much of a chance to have a weekend to ourselves. This past weekend was supposed to be the weekend that we were going to host a couple from NV who decided to leave the lifestyle after meeting us (still a little bit hard for us to get over that one), but instead of trying to make any other plans with anyone else this weekend, we decided that we need some time together, just the two of us. It started on Friday night when we went to get a few things from the grocery store. Once we got home, we both changed into our silk robes (with nothing else on) and cooked dinner together that consisted of grilled chicken, baked potatoes (straight from the garden of our good friends "if_bi_wife"), and salad. We went out back on the patio and enjoyed dinner together in our sexy robes. After dinner, we got a nice fire going in the firepit out on the back patio, set up the massage table in the family room (that opens up to the back patio), and Nancy proceeded to give me a really great massage that included her breaking out the chocolate syrup and whipped cream and concluded with a very happy ending. We woke up on Saturday morning and went to the local farmer's market where we found some awesome sweet corn, some great sourdough bread, amazing fudge, some salami, and some cheese curds. We love being able to support local farmers and artisans. Then she helped me mow the lawn that was in desperate need of being done after not being done for 2 weeks. After that she helped me repair the box springs that my somehow (I don't really want to know how) tried to destroy when I was cleaning up and reorganizing her room for possible visitors in the future. Next, we grilled some marinated (my own special marinade) steaks, grill corn, and salad for dinner, but had to eat it inside because it had started to rain. Once dinner was done and all cleaned up, we sat down on the couch to watch a movie we rented from Redbox, but the night didn't stop there as we went downstairs into the Play Room to watch some porn and fuck like<b> teenagers </font></b>using our sex swing and the unbelievably comfortable alpaca rug on the floor. It was an amazing weekend for us and it was just what we needed. Now that we have recharged our batteries and enjoyed some "US" time, we are ready to get back into the swing of things! Taking time for yourselves is so very important. I am glad to see you doing that as it solidifies your relationship. We have been married over 40 years and I still cherish our times together. It is so easy to get caught up in the day to day hustle and forget about the ones we love the most. Keep up the good work; T(bigdog)
