hero contest unfair and biased.

I'm not sure why,but I'm stating for the record,that I have tried to submit a movie and numerous photos to the Affairlook hero contest,to no avail. I's been three days now and the site refuses to respond to my emails concerning said matter.There are only two days left to submit,and I would like a chance like everyone else.It is my feeling that if not everyone is able to submit,that this contest is unfair and biased.Thank you.

 so I called the number,and they told me I hadda download google chrome to submit.A f f is choosing my browser for me now?

So here it is the day of the deadline,and I'm not voting(cept for my sister Emily,but it's because she's my sister)I'm changing my superheroine persona to Sour Grapes girl,able to be fucked over by my browser in a single bound.

 To submit photo for the new contest as hero, you need to use the 'submit your entry' button to submit. It not a video contest only photo. If you did submit photo through the 'submit your entry' link,and the contest photo not show up on the 'Contests' album show on your profile, could be it like the issue with submission glitch that happened when one upload photo to profile. That had happened to me often when I want to add new photos to my profile.

The last time, I submit for the t shirt design contest, I had problem too. It keep disappearing. I post to site support blog. They help me out and got my entry up for the contest finally.

Also,the last few time, I had written to customer service, I never got a replied. Wonder if that link on the help/contact to write to customer service is working or not.

Be patient with them. You will not get the answer right away. If you post tonight, try check back tomorrow. If they got too many seeking answer to their question, you might need to check back the next day or after.

ty for your comment,i tried to upload a pic from my profile,and it shows I only have I folder containing 2 pics I did for the t shirt contest.It doesn't show me almost 200 photos anywhere.So I tried the second option,uploading from my pc.It stops at 10%,and windows 8 asks what I want to do with the file,open,save,or cancel.None of the options yielded results.I sent 3 emails to that link 3 days ago,and have not heard back,am ready to call the number.
