 我好像超久沒去唱歌了><" 錢櫃離我很遠的感覺~~
睡前想太多 比較容易睡不著><" 我是這樣
我以前都聽歌睡 可是現在發現越聽會越難睡著~
所以我現在都運動把自己操累 呵呵 比較好睡~

 運動真的不錯~
讓自己很累 最好睡前可以自己來會更好睡 呵
