As Usual... My Computer Is Annoying Me

I have been working for several months trying to fix my desktop computer. I know people are going to start asking "Well, how do you post things and check out profiles on this site?" Quite simple. I mostly check out things on my cellphone. I also am temporarily borrowing a laptop until I can get my mine fixed. I am extremely eager to give this thing back. Anyway... I managed to get a tiny bit closer tonite. Managed to get a replacement hard drive. Now it looks like i am going to have to replace my CD-Rom drive before I can get this thing up and running. Oh well, another delay isn't going to completely discourage me! At least I did get a little closer...

 sometimes, desktops are almost not worth the repair. the work (and money) that go into replacing it is sometimes not worth it in the end. I know if it were fiscally possible, you'd probably replace it. i'll shut up now... just don't want you putting a crap-ton of work into something that will be functional but highly outdated if you don't have to.
