As many of you know, I am a bit of a coffee hog. And a bit of a snob also. I have had it made many different ways. Some ways are better than others. The one way that I particularly dislike is the big urn style that you commonly see at big events, I just don't like the flavor. I have found that my taste orients towards smaller amount brewing which really peaks my taste buds . Through out the world the methods vary and are quite interesting. How serious is coffee in the beginning of your day and through out? How many are normal during the day? If you are a coffee drinking , do you have a preferred method of preparation? While we are at it, is there a style of coffee you prefer to use? I am a medium roast guy. Non coffee drinkers, do you have a preferred morning beverage?

 Coffee is one of my life's essentials. I tend to use instant coffee, a crime I know! I like my coffee strong, just like the Dutch!

 No coffee for me, some hot cocoa instead, or a large glass of Orange Juice as it's too hot for a hot beverage right now. I hope you enjoyed your favorite coffee this morning..

 Coffee & chicory, often called French coffee has been my favourite since I was boy, my parents drank Lyons 'tho that brand was subsumed into a large conglomerate sometime in the 70s I think; then for many years Sainsburys stocked a good alternative 'till a couple of years ago when for some unknown reason they removed the chicory & of course "customer (dis) service could not explain why & never got back to me with any explanation from the buying team; so thank god for the internet where I found a very good blend from Coffee Direct at a good price too! As I've been a bit of a health nut for ~11yrs & start my day with a v.healthy breakfast & herbal teas throughout the day, my 1 cup of coffee is saved for indulging in the evening with the telly & some dark chocolate; & btw I HATE Espress, I've never yet had 1 that doesn't leave a bitter taste 20 mins later, so yes I'm a coffee snob too, big warm hugs to all.
