~~~Relationships, sexy, or not! Over the years , I have been involved in several types of relationships, and have observed others and their relationships. There seems to be so many different types of relationships. Ranging from the comfortable stereotypical loving older couple to the wild and passionate type and everything in between. What have your experiences been? Is there a type you "want"? This can be "tongue in cheek" or as serious as you want    |

Haven't had good luck with relationships. I seem to carry It along emotionally. So what I want is trust, love, friendship and someone who can't stop touching me (either sex or just holding hands)

I have been in a few types of relationships! From the shooting star type where it so passionate and then it flames out. Or the meandering river type where it is slow and steady winding around the bends but eventually flows away! Wow, I've had the fiery love relationship where fighting happened all the time but the make-up sex was incredible, the soft-and-easy relationship where it eventually got too boring for me. I've had the one night stands that happen with the same person over-and-over again only to not work on an emotional level at all and all the attendant frustrations with that. I've been in passionate relationships where the other person was in love with me, but I wasn't in love with him, and the opposite. I want to have transcendent sex with a person that I love and that is capable of loving me back. I want the kind of relationships where the other person is your asylum in a world gone mad. I want the kind of relationship where silliness is more the rule than the exception. I want the kind of relationship where we dare each other to think grander dreams and live bigger lives and above all else, we want to be better people just because our partner is such a great person. and lots and lots of love-making in there. I'm smiling because I will get that, but who knows when?
