~~~~Sexy scales,, or are they hiding? After a long day of snow and cold, I realized that true , healthy exercise is sometime difficult to keep on schedule or to be motivated to do. Are you able to keep a healthy regime through out the cold season? What do you do? Can you share your thoughts?
