~~~~ Sexy or not? Physical Activity It is getting colder here, so I have to step up my exercise regime to compensate. Sometimes the "scenery" at the gym is very good  , other times, not so much ( the gym is on a military installation). In the past I have enjoyed going with my partner to the gym. There is something about a person working hard, breathing hard that is sexy to me. DO you work out at a gym facility? Do you have an alternate program? If not why not? If you do what do you enjoy about it?   |

I do sometimes also,, the Wii makes it fun actually [image]

Why do you think the ladies where all that make up when they go to the gym? It's to look good while they work out! I love to watch them work out and sweat! I work out at a gym about 5 times a week. If I am not curling or golfing then I am at the gym. I might take in a few classes to. Gives me something different. hugs V My hubby calls me a Gym rat! Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

Main thing is to be content with what you are doing. I can imagine, city living does require a lot of walking. [image]

I get a fair amount of exercise doing farm work but I do have a treadmill for when winter sets in. I also have a two-seat sauna for after...whatever.

I am a fan of the gym, and of running.... I work out better if I'm not trying to look good for anyone I may bump into whilst there though.
