Finally
It has been a trying year, I was planning on building a new house and shop last summer but decided to move it to the east and build in another county where the taxes are cheaper. Was going to wait until I had harvested my crops so as to not damage the growing crops. Then came 9 months of rain. Last Monday finally got started and got the footers dug. Hopefully things will progress along and I have it enclosed before winter sets in. Ha ha with my luck, I am not promising anything. Ha ha

 I've been wondering how your building was going. Guess not even close to the schedule you had planned. I know last winter was screwed up. Hope it goes well now that you've been able to get started on it!

Yes it has been a fight the whole way so far. When it finally got to a point where I can work, I had crops to put in and I can say this has been the worse year I have ever seen for working outside. Constantly fighting mud. Now that it is started, I am able to get a better idea of my views from the house part, that is really great. All my family and friends think it is great.

 Have also been wondering about your special building project Big, but as you have said how crappy your weather was, with so much rain and mud, realized it was the reason for delay. Hope you'll have a good winter like we just had - sun almost every day - that would help, eh?! Have a great weekend!

Yep, when the weather finally cleared up I was busy getting crops planted and doing the cultivating. The crops have gotten to the point they are on their own now. Ha ha pouring concrete this morning. So I had better get after it

Yep, finally ha ha we are still getting pretty good rain, and it's staying muddy for about three days after a rain. I am not getting in to big of a hurry, but I plan on having it enclosed before harvest. Then I will have something to do this winter. Ha ha
