10 Reasons why I should not take my shopping, ever.

1. Stopping to get a quick burger at a fast food joint takes an hour and a half and costs me $30.

2. Pulling over to get gas takes another 20 minutes for bathroom breaks and I'm asking for cash back because I spent way more than I bargained for at the fast food place.

3. Yelling at my for arguing in the backseat over who is taking up the most space in the backseat.

4. Telling my "STOP IT" 9 million times as the run up and down the isles, chasing each other.

5. Pulling my hair out at the root because my 'doesn't want to try on the new outfit'.

6. FORCING my to get his ass in the fitting room and TRY on the outfit.

7. It doesn't fit, back to #5.

8. Finally finding an outfit for the band concert, but also finding a winter coat he 'desperately' needs. (He did need a coat, it did NOT have to be the most expensive one in the store.)

9. Arguing with my at the check out over a jelly bean dispenser. Suddenly the coat he can live without, but the jelly bean dispenser is crucial.

10. Leaving the store flat broke.

Each and EVERY thing I do with my always seems to take way longer than I anticipate and costs WAY more than I plan. A simple thank you would be nice once in a while.....

Sounds like it's time to take control instead of letting them control you.
    That's called parenting!
Considering I didn't get kicked out of the store with a jelly bean dispenser and an outfit that was too small, I'd say I did have control of the situation. Thanks for the input, though.
