Oddly enough parts of Trump's SOTU address were inspiring. His celebration of women and their resurgence in the House 100 years after they won the right to vote led to a female celebration on the floor.

Then Trump insulted women and their rights to abortions in weeks 24 to 27 of their pregnancy.

Trump asked for bipartisan cooperation, then demanded his barrier method of achieving border security. A wall is at least 25 times more expensive than more agents and more technology. A wall can be climbed over, tunneled under, gone around or cut through.

90% of drugs come in vehicles crossing at ports of entry according to the DEA! Walls do nothing to stop smuggling at legal entry ports.

Terrorists come on airplane flights at airports, not dangerous cross country<b> trips </font></b>in the desert. Walls do nothing for this threat.

The walls will be tied up for years in the courts if Trump claims an emergency and tries to divert money appropriated for other purposes. Even most Republicans oppose stealing money to build a wall along the Southern border.
