Rough sex without the rough?

Is it possible to have sex without the rough? I was thinking today about a former playmate who would always say she liked rough sex, buuuuuttttt she didn't like to have her hair pulled, her ass slapped, to be restrained, or for the guy to flip her arround the bed changeing from position to position. I am pretty sure least in my world thats Vanilla. When I think of rough and I know there are those people that are more extreme than me. I can't help but think of wrapping someones hair arround my hand, a gentle hand arround their throat in a light choke, tossing her arround the bed the bathroom, the living room, kitchen, useing a spatula to spank her ass red. Holding her down by her wrists while my fingers probe her wetness till she comes hard then throwing her over the side of the bed holding her by her elbows pulling her back hard into each thrust. After all what is sex if there aren't a couple bruises. Now I realize that a lot of this is just simply semantics, and perhaps a way for some people not to feel vanilla and that some would consider me vanilla. I would have to think that In order to beconsidered rough one might have to have some act of aggresive animalistic, caveman/cavewoman sex.

 This is the problem many times, poor communications of definitions.

Your list of rough is varied and broad (and coincidentally sounds like a lot of fun). She might have had one thing on her rough list - clearly not any of the big ones, that you just failed to somehow catch. Perhaps her definition of "rough" was just the sensation of being pounded hard and not any of the other accessorizing that comes with rough sex.

Would have likely been better for her to define her "rough" LOL
