My New Neighbour

My new neighbour is a very funny man, the other day his chicken laid and egg in my garden and he was braying on my door demanding the egg back.

I told him the egg was laid on my land so the egg was mine, he said the chicken that laid the egg was his so it belonged to him.

We realized that we had a bit of a problem so I asked him how he wanted to resolve it.

He told me his family had an old tradition of sorting out arguments, it entailed taking turns in kicking each other in the balls and who ever got up quickest was the winner.

We tossed a coin to see who would go first, I won.

I kicked him so hard in the nuts he fell over and puked up all over the garden, after about ten mins of rolling around crying and puking he finally, shakily and very slowly stood back up.

His face was bright red and he looked very ill, it was at this point I told him he could keep the egg and in future best keep him chickens off my land to avoid any further conflict!

I dont think this story has a moral.
