YOU'VE GOT TO LOVE THIS RANCHER'S OUTLOOK & COMMON SENSE APPROACH TO LIFE ...... Post Turtle While suturing up a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher, whose hand had been caught in the gate while working his cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Obama, and his being our president. The old rancher said, "Well, ya know, Obama is just a Post Turtle." Now not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked, What's a "Post Turtle?" The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle." The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face so he continued to explain. "You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, he sure as heck ain't goin' anywhere, and you just wonder what kind of dumb arse put him up there in the first place." I just received this and I believe it holds true when evaluating the people in DC.. 1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity. 2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. 3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. 4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. 5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them; and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work, because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation. Is Obama losing his magic? Do people now realize they've been duped? Obama has been a money-spending sham ever since he took office. Even the dumbest of all dumbf*cks now realize it. Obama's only chance is to preach out against Romney, because Obama certainly cannot preach out in support of anything he has (not) done. Barack and Michelle have been laughing it up in the "big house", lol. "Be patient! I told you that if I couldn't get this economy turned around in 3 years that I didn't deserve a second term..........nevermind!" Obama's speech is a recycled version of his 2008 DNC speech. Of course he doesn't say, "I could'a, should'a, would'a could'a should'a. "He says, "I'm gonna, gonna, I'm gonna gonna gonna." Obama and Biden know NOTHING about business and most certainly once again, proved that last night!!! Obama does not have a plan, that is why he is preaching patience, stick with him and give it time. But that is exactly what Americans don't have time and patience. Obama has run up a $10 trillion tab and has basically nothing to show for it.. He says his healthcare reform has reduced fraud and waste of Medicare but today we have found that the government is wasting $750 billion a years on medicare. Obama does not know what's going on, and is just trying to pass his wasteful, useless and meaningless legislation as successes. We cannot really afford to wait for Obama to learn on the job, we need a team that will take the ball and run with it. Americans you deserve better but Obama is not going to get you there. You gave Obama a chance in 2008, let US give Romney a chance in 2012 and go from there!!! In the linked article published in The Carmel Pinecone ' 'Eastwood says his convention appearance was 'mission accomplished'' journalist Paul Miller quotes Mr. Eastwood as having said, “A lot of people are realizing they had the wool pulled over their eyes by Obama." I only hope that Clint Eastwood and many other patriotic Americans also realize that the wool pulled over their eyes described by Mr. Eastwood was the sheepskin covering of an Islamist wolf, an adherent of the murderous cult of Islam practicing taqqiya, an enemy of the United States - as Mr. Obama described the graduating class at West Point - illegally occupying the Oval Office, a criminal usurper who fraudulently represented himself as eligible to be president in 2008 and has perpetrated the most horrendous cover-up of a crime in American history by his presentation unto 'We the People' of blatantly forged documents intended to validate and authenticate his purported eligibility to be president. The mockery of our constitution must be brought to an end. O's best assets are his ability to campaign, make empty promises, and convince stupid people he's smart. Too bad he has to serve those pesky presidential duties in the meantime, lol. Very little is going right... let's keep the same leadership though, lol. If Obama is re-elected you can expect some sort of penalty for offending Muslims. Our lives are too important to let someone ruin them. Stand FIRM! Is Obama's campaign crumbling... or wasn't there anything there to begin with...? The general public deserves to know the truth about the coverup. The coverup, as usual in American politics, is larger than the event. And that is saying something here because 4 Americans died due to negligence. This information is vital to the election. I would really like to see the media get it right this time. And there are plenty of stupid people to believe him, lol.  (It doesn't take a brain surgeon to ask, "Don't the democrats, and Obama, have to compromise too?" DUH! Too complex, lol.) When one political entity in a country is ADAMANT about not requiring any ID to cast a vote in a country that requires ID for virtually EVERYTHING then you know that political entity is protecting its vast voter fraud scheme. Protecting voter fraud is the ONLY reason to fight requiring ID to vote... If people don’t wake up to that fact we are lost as a nation and liberty all over the earth will be blown out like the flame on a candle. Our nation should become an Obama-free-zone. He is destroying the Constitution and is a threat both foreign and domestic!!! Is their anybody in this country not screwing over the people? The people who can't protect their own diplomats on Sep 11 after being asked for security multiple times, then lied about the problem, then changed the lies when caught, those are the folks who want to control your own right of self-defense. When seconds count, the cops are minutes away. And in the case of Benghazi, 7 hours wasn't enough. An Honest man takes responsibility for his action and those directly under him. A coward will lie and fabricate grandiose stories to place the blame anywhere else. LACK of leadership from Obama!!! These do not have the slightest clue of what they are doing. Any parent who allows their to pimped out in such a fashion deserve to be brought up on charges of abuse and neglect! Obama wants his socialist government to have all the guns and thus all the power. If we are to maintain our liberty we must keep our guns at all cost. We must not turn in our guns or stand for our rights to be taken away or infringed. Obama is a dangerous Socialist traitor and we must not let him disarm us. His dream is to disarm us and set up a Socialist Dictatorship to replace our Republic. Remember that the Communists disarmed the people of Russia, The Ukraine, Poland, Hungry, Cambodia, Cuba, North Korea, and Red China. After those people were disarmed and helpless the Communists slaughtered them by the millions. Don't think for a minute that, that can't happen here. The Corruption within the Obama Regime knows no bounds. Transparency? There isn't any. Honesty and Integrity? Just doesn't exist! However, if you like being lied to, being led around by the nose like a piece of cattle then you will certainly get your belly full from this group of lowlifes. Senator Graham has said that several of the Benghazi survivors have been told by the White House to not talk to anyone about what happened. We only know this because some of them want to talk but are being suppressed. It looks like the White House has lots to hide!  |
