Sex club. Hi folks, We're thinking of visiting a sex club in the next few weeks. There are several that are reasonably local and we can't quite make our minds up which one to choose. From our experience the UK sex clubs, or at least the one's we have visited, are like this La Chambre, Sheffield - Great facilities but far too many people go just to parade in their sexy gear and having fully clothed people laughing and joking at the top of their voices in the play-room doorways is very off-putting. Also very difficult to start a conversation due to the way its laid out. They have a Bar. 101 club Doncaster - Very small but quite friendly. Take your own alcohol Chameleons, West Midlands - The opposite of La Chambre in that you have to change immediately you get there. Quite a friendly club but take your own alcohol. Exstasia, West Midlands - Nice touch with the dance floor curtain that comes down so that it's pitch black and you don't know who is touching who, but like La Chambre a lot of people don't participate but can spoil others fun. Have a Bar Townhouse, near Liverpool - Best we have visited so far. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and modelled after the clubs in Holland. Turn up dressed to impress but at 11 pm everyone must change into lingerie or towels. Because of this everyone is of the same mind and you tend not to get gangs of people spoiling it for others by being too loud.
