Can it be that sensitive

Kinda an odd topic for me to bring up but I was kinda curious about it since it sometimes poses a problem for me. I am an uncut guy and I been finding out more and more that just the tip of my cock is super sensitive. its good and bad but when it comes to oral I mean it's rather hard to enjoy. if a woman is or can deepthroat doesn't really bother me of course but if they are just focusing on the head it tickles too much (might not be the word to describe it but that's the closest to the feeling).
