Still waiting on the REAL WOMEN to show up!

I am looking for a real woman who is blunt enough to get together with a real guy. I have had women all all races express interest in me, my wants, needs, and desires but they lack the will to take the next step.  Do you want a long term relationship or to hook up. Those are very different things and if a woman isn't sure what you want it might make her less likely to be interested in you.
