How do you turn a PHOTO into BLING on this site ?

I've seen a few ........ and would LUV to know how to do that

the copy/paste thing didn't work (duh) .....but obviously, it is POSSIBLE somehow

Can someone PLEASE.....PRETTY PLEASE with sugar on top...........help ME (and a very SEXY GF) understand HOW to do that ?
