Insomnia

Been having trouble sleeping of late.

I have a number of things on my mind and I have trouble switching off.

Been waking up through out the night for the last couple of days and this morning (2am) I got a text, which brought me out of the semi daze that is as close to sleep that I've been getting lately, from a friend who was meant to call me, so we could catch up, but never did. Then I couldn't get back to sleep.

So stupid me wasted last night waiting around for a call. I'm very close to apathy in regards to this and wonder sometimes if it is really worth it. Far easier to have a wank. I mean I have enough to contemplate as it is without things like this. Why can't things ever be simple...?

Anyway it has brought me to a decision on something so that is one thing crossed off the list.

Also been missing Nereid alot. Shes brought feelings out of me that I haven't felt... well lets just say for a very long time.

Well I think I'm just going to bury myself in CoH today and forget about everything today..

 lol sleep and you need more of it

there is alot on everyones mind of late

don't let it get to you take each day as it comes and what blessings we find for what they are

Not here... I just find that everyone else suffers from sleeping... Maybe if I stopped adding the coffee to the kettle and made it in mugs I wouldn't drink as much... but then I'd be drinking more V's in-between kettles... What were we talking about??
