I spent some time in the truck the other day and listening to the radio, I heard of a study done in Germany, They said a man that gets to look at a pair of D boobs for 10 min each day gets the same effect for his cardio system as a 30 min trip to the gym.

The weather has finally gotten nice, I was glad to see it since I have been running low on hay this winter, The grass is greening up the cattle are trying to graze, and we have been able to get some small jobs done. Yesterday I picked up my crew, the material, and did a little job. and finished just about quitting time. It was great to see a project from start to finish in one day and be able to set back and admire a job well done.
I have felt pretty entergetic this morning and even got my Bike out and rode it awhile. it felt great to strech the legs out and get a little work out for them. The only problem is this great weather and being spring time has me horney as can be. it's hell to ride a bike with a raging hard on ha ha Have a great one everyone.

I has been awhile since I have posted. I have been working my ass off, and coming home and hitting the sack.
We finished a Shouse, the new term for a house and shop built together, and My cows have started calving. So I am getting up during the night and checking cows. It is a heck of a life but I enjoy it, but dang it would be nice to have someone to cuddle up next to while in bed have a good one all

I have been trying to catch up on paper work, and a few other things I have been to busy for lately,

I am not likeing having to wear so many clothes to work, insulated bibs, flannel shirt, T-shirt, and having to wear a coat on top of that. just way to bulky to move easy. maybe I need to lok into heading down spouth for the winter months.

a friend has been helping me with some stiff muscles, and giving me a massage, ever so often.Since I have been working about 40 miles from home and not geting home until 7-8 at night we set them up for first thing in the mornings. I try to keep my life stress and drama free, but I have some friends that haven't got to that point in life.
I stopped by the bar last friday afternoon and run into a gal that I am friends with. we have never been out or anything like that. She had moved a ex bf out 5-6 months ago, and he left the area, then he moved back, with a new gf, after some trying to contact her at her 2 diffrent jobs, she was fed up.
I am so glad I don't have that sort of stuff in my life, anyhow she was telling me she had a date the weekend before, and got kind of drunk, she took her date to her ex's house after dark, and fucked him in the front yard, where when the ex heard them and turned the lights on there she was on all 4's getting her some ha ha the bright part is she says she hasn't had any more phone calls or visits to her work.
Pretty funny shit, but I am so glad I don't have that sort of drama in my life.

I had plans for tonight but they are a wash out now. I have a friend, and we get along great, we were kidding around the other day and I was teasing her about some ben wa balls, she didn't think I would buy her some. I have been doing a house and shop for a customer, I had 2 diffrent plumber hired and both backed out at the last min because of other projects so doing the plumbing myself I had to deal with inspectors that each one had a diffrent idea of the codes, really about drove me nuts. the plumbing has passed and I am on to bigger and better things.
After a little snag with some material I am making a little trip later this week to swap out some material, about a 300 mile trip, I have been trying to find a gal to ride along for the fun of it. It seems that all my FWB have gotten into relationships, or got married. A gal I have been talking to, and would like to take out some time if we can get our schedules to work is not able to make it, So it looks like I will make this little trip myself. I could really use some fun time while driving, some good conversation, and some sexual play would be great also.
