I'm out of control

You know I was just outside, looking up at the stars in the sky, well what I could see as I live in the city. What a beautiful night. A gorgeous breeze and crisp fresh air. Take a deep breath, Then thump thump thump...are you kidding me? My feet are vibrating. Do you fucking mind, I am trying to have a moment here!! A baby starts crying, I twirl around and throw my hands up in the air. I take a deep breath and try to refocus. I close my eyes and sirens start blaring down the road. I sit down, put my head in my hands and laid it down. I can't control what goes on around me, but I can control myself. Ah fuck, who am I kidding, I can't even do that for the love of cheese. Muff is going back in the box. Signing off....

 Take a short drive out of the city. Find a non-travelled road, park the car, get out and do the same thing you just described.
