When life gives you lemons destroy capitalism

Men in Black : Special Victims Unit . You can't tell me you wouldn't watch that show . Alien sex crimes ? That's a license to print money .

Speaking of I'm going to watch the first episode of American Gods tonight - I have my doubts about it working as a television series but hopefully I'm wrong . The book had a pretty definitive end you know so I'm not sure how they can make it last . Speaking of what does it mean when a woman has a dream about you experiencing early ejaculation ? Probably that you're disappointing her emotionally or some shit .

I had forgotten that Hooch dies at the end (27 year old spoiler) that's a pretty dark move for a Disney movie .

When I was driving home from work today I was reminded that with great tits comes great responsibility . I was pulling into the Walgreens Parking lot to get my fexofenadine when this broad in an Audi Q7 , chili red , swings out WAY to wide to come around the other corner and very nearly kills us both . So I park next to her so I can give her a piece of my mind and when she steps out of the car I see that she's HAWT as BALLZZ , mostly because of her sweet rack but she had a lot of other nice pieces in place . Now according to Nancy Etcoff most people would be more included to be nice to this gal , but I ain't most people you know ? I hold the attractive to a higher standard . A troll like me ? Sure , of course I would be sloppy driver (although I'm not) I have no reason to live . But someone like that ? They need to be more careful .

So I threw a lemon poppyseed bagel with pineapple cream cheese at her - bounced right off her pretty little head . This makes me a hero .

Did you know that the "red pill blue pill" thing from the Matrix has become some kind "men's rights" ideology centering around the idea that what women say they want (non-douches) is the blue pill , and the red pill (subjugation) is what they really want ? I didn't . Now there's another reason for me to hate the Matrix .

A dude at work today said that he doesn't believe in "energy" . I knew what he meant , he was talking about how some people believe in mystical healing and chi and whatnot but it was a silly thing to say . I felt conflicted . I like to bust people's balls when they make wildly inaccurate statements like that but on the other hand what's the point really ?

I watched two documentaries this weekend . One was about how sugar is evil poison and it's in everything now . I think there's a blogger here called sugarsugarvica - we need to unite against her . Also next time you see Sugar Ray Leonard throw a rock at him , but only if you're black because otherwise it's a hate crime . I'd tell you to kick the dude from Sugar Ray right in the chest but you'd already do that anyway .

The good news is that it turns out that it's not my fault that I'm fat - the food industry is making me fat no matter what I do . Which is a true relief . You might be saying "if that's accurate why isn't everyone fat" which is a valid point that I and the documentarian will ignore . The bad news is that this means a lot more women have to have sex with me now . Before when a woman didn't want to have sex with me because of my jelly belly that was okay because I did it to myself you know ? But know that we know that I am just a helpless victim it is WRONG for them to feel that way . It's discrimination it is ! I'm basically disabled . Bad news for the women of the world , good news for me .

Like many documentaries it had a good point but it was too disorganized to really make it effectively . There IS too much sugar in our food and the sugar lobby IS too powerful but it was lost amongst strange attacks on Michelle Obama and odd non sequiturs about cheese . They undermined their own point in several ways . It's an old adage for a reason "First you get the sugar , then you get the power , then you get the women" .

The other documentary was about Jewish people in Italy during WW2 . It was ostensibly about an Italian cycling champion RE the above but that was kind of a subplot at best - again a documentary without clear direction . Do filmmakers become documentaries because they don't understand story structure ? At this point there's been one bajillion books , moves , shows etc about WW2 so you start to feel like there's nothing left to say but this was something I knew nothing about . The basic deal seems to be when Mussolini passed the "racial purity" laws no one really said "boo" which is bad , but when the Germans took over and the SS starting trying to send Jewish people to the camps a lot of Italians put their balls on the line to hide them and/or sneak them out of the country .

There aren't a lot of stories about Jewish people during WW2 that aren't relentless depressing but this one was a little bit different because most of them got out - some Italians were collaborators but it sounds like a lot more of them were willing to risk their lives to save others . I believe that said that in northern Italy of the 12,000 Jewish people living there 10,000 of them were smuggled out of the country . It's kind of astonishing .

There was one story about a doctor who made up a disease and had Jewish people hiding in his hospital until they could get fake documents to leave the country that was pretty crafty but the most interesting thing to me was how often the church was involved . Rightly or wrongly the church has been accused of not speaking out more against fascism and Nazism but at least on the individual level there were a lot of people in the church in Italy who were doing what they could . How true it is I don't know but it sounds like a lot of Jewish people were hiding out in monasteries and convents and whatnot , especially . One particularly heart-wrenching moment was when they talked about the journal of a sister superior who had helped 100 Jewish people escape where she was saying that she hoped that God could forgive her for all the lies she had told .

I won't lie , I cried a little bit watching thing , partially because it's just powerful stuff but also because whenever you see something like this you have to take a hard look at yourself . We all like to believe that if something like this were to ever happen we'd step up the plate and do the right thing but realistically most people don't . Would I really have the backbone to hide someone in my house ? To lie to the authorities , to everyone ? To live in constant fear of being discovered ? It's hard enough to have courage in the moment - but to make a choice that's going to put you in danger all the time for months or years , it's a tall order . And honestly I'm pretty timid . It's one of those things you hope you never have to find out .

We're living in a time right now of a lot of negative thinking and pessimism - it's nice to be reminded that when things are at their worst there are people who are willing to make the right choice .

Dreams about pre-mature ejaculation? Having lived it, I would call them nightmares!!

Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

I'll take that nightmare over most others

They wouldn't have had two hours worth of content if it had just been about Gino Bartalli. Even being a cycling nut, I was glad that movie branched out from the supposed main topic. Still, secret papers hidden in a bike frame, I have to love that. (Also I think that's an act of resistance I could probably handle)

What was the deal with the narrator they got to read Gino's stuff , he sounded wildly incongruous to me

I just have a feeling that nowadays people wouldn't be as helpful.
I see people too eager to follow a leader, no matter what the leader does or says. . I think we've become a world of followers.

Hard to say , hopefully it won't come up

I wonder if people would be that brave now. I think your point is well taken. we are now a world of moments not the long haul

You cannot conceive the many without the one.
