Got no card so I got no soul I felt like I had a bunch of blogdeas (those would be blog ideas) but then I spent 2 hours trying to get my PC to work and I forgot them all . And yet I post anyway - what does that say about me ? One thing I can say is that I cleaned out my closet and reorganized it - now all the long sleeved shirts are on the top and all the short sleeved on the bottom , and all the "fancy" stuff is in the closet in the second bedroom/home gym/masturbatorium . This is scintillating stuff I know . What's stupid is how many shirts I haven't worn in months/years just because they got pushed to the sides of the closet . I guess that's why walk-in closets are such a big to-do . Well that and it makes closet sex a lot more comfortable .  One thing I've noticed around these parts is a lot of dudes creating profiles stating their gender as "F" and offering "down low relief" . I don't consider myself a homophobe (but probably I am) but it kind of annoys me . Did you know this a Leap Year ? I didn't . I feel like we just had a Leap Year . Did you know that if you're born on Leap Day you get mystical powers ? I did but I didn't know the full extent . It varies from person to person of course but most Leapers exhibit enhanced healing , immunity to most toxins , emotion manipulation and superior targeting/eye-hand coordination . The sad part is most of them never learn to use their powers at all , let alone use their powers for good . "But 40" you're saying "that's probably better , they would surely use their powers for evil" . To that I say , what good have you ever done with your abilities , be they super or other ? Less harshly I say it is not up to the smith to say if their blades will be used for good or ill - all knowledge can be used for good or evil . Especially knowledge of sexy goodtimes . When did the prohibition that the president-elect has to be a natural born citizen of the US come about ? Because clearly it was impossible for at least the first 9 elections (although when did the age restriction come about) . Politicians love to talk about what the "founding fathers" would want (who cares ? ) but they weren't even Americans , they couldn't even be president today . I don't think there should be any restrictions on who can be president , if this is a democracy lets make it a democracy , if people want some 22 year old person from Cambodia to be president let 'em , who cares ? And now , I hate to make fun of other blogs - just kidding , I love it ! But I know its wrong so I try not to do it much . But I shall do it now . I just read a post that was vehemently anti-cunnilingus and it amused me . It took me a second to understand what this means , I thought she was saying the legs were longer than the penis , but its saying the face is between the legs more time than the penis . Which is usually true in my case anyway , IF the woman likes oral pleasure . I get that not every woman likes having her clit licked and those that don't probably get annoyed by dudes saying they're going to eat them all day and all night but lets face it , those dudes would be annoying anyway . And dudes trying to get laid by bragging about their oral skills is kind of a step in the right direction isn't it ?  In other news I started looking at houses today . I only have to spend twice as much as I spent on the house I live in now to get a decent one it seems . And finally , remember this ; Bigger dicks means you get done faster Of course you don't . The funny part is a tiny , tiny , tiny part of me thought maybe a couple people would do this diabetes towel challenge . And maybe a couple of those people with more popular blogs would get other people to do it , and so on and so on and it would actually become a thing . Well now I AM doing a thing for American Diabetes Association at work and I am going to raise BILLIONS so there ! Also I regret ever giving money ADA because they bombard me with junk mail , spam , and phone calls all the time now . Putting first by putting employees first, immediately after prioritizing fiscal responsibilities and leveraging profitability towards exceeding by empowering our employees to put (and themselves) first, in a diverse and respectful environment of only those that come first, first. |

Well, I assume you're looking at nicer houses than the one you're in now, so of course they're going to cost more. Put yours on the market for more than you paid for it, and then make some lowball offers and voila! (I suppose that last part might not work if it's truly a sellers market)
