Its hard to believe someone so handsome and wonderful is also such a great writer . How can one man be so gifted ? For a doll it is quite lifelike , but the face is a little unsettling . And that's where I forgot the term Uncanny Valley (which should also be a new slag term for vagina) which I remembered today . The uncanny valley is a hypothesis in the field of robotics and 3D computer animation, which holds that when human replicas look and act almost, but not perfectly, like actual human beings, it causes a response of revulsion among human observers. The "valley" refers to the dip in a graph of the comfort level of humans as a function of a robot's human likeness. The hypothesis has been linked to Ernst Jentsch's concept of the "uncanny" identified in a 1906 essay, "On the Psychology of the Uncanny. The other day my pals and I were talking about polygamy and how none of us really care if its legal as long as everyone can do it . I have no idea why any woman would WANT two husbands but if that's their deal I say let 'er rip . This topic was raised by a friend of mine who happens to work with a Muslim fellow . They had been talking about it and my friend agreed that polygamy seems okay as long as both men and women can do it . This fellow didn't like that . Not . One . Bit . A lot of what my friend reports about this particular co-worker doesn't give me a very high opinion of Muslims . One of these days I should stop by the Islamic Cultural Center and see how much of what this particular Muslim says is 100% insane . I wonder what the over under was back in say , 1950 , when Iowa would have an Islamic Cultural Center . I'd say "never" would have been getting some heavy action . And finally , I was reading and article about how the current cultural of so called Political Correctness (if it can so be called) is the result of "Political Marxism" that has come to fruition from the efforts of communists who fled to America (sounds weird right ?) during the second world war . I don't know if its plausible at all but it was interesting . UNTIL I got to the part about how it was all part of a Zionist conspiracy . I hate when that happens . When someone writes something they should be required to make it obvious they're insane from the get-go so people don't waste their time reading it if they're not insane (or insane in a different way) . Like I do . I've heard that Cedar Rapids Iowa has the oldest mosque in the US. It probably doesn't have the oldest Muslim though. Crosswords increase your vocabulary. Cross words increase your blood pressure.
