It's that time of year again

Zucchini Season.

A friend once joked that in her town... the only time you ever had to lock your car doors was when the zucchini was ripe, because if you didn't... you'd walk out in the morning to find somebody stuffed your car full of the stuff.

A boss just gave me a bunch of zucchini yesterday, and today a neighbor just came over and gave me some more. And my dad will be giving me a lot later in the month too.

Does anybody here have any favorite recipes or alternative uses for zucchini? Share here.

 I found a great recipe on the internet for zucchini bread. I am not much of a cook but it was real simple. Usually I just saute it in olive oil.

 I made tempura zucchini last week. First time doing tempura... and I think the last. Eating the fried tempura zucchini made my body feel weird the next day

I have a chocolate zucchini cake recipe I want to try making.
